Company Overview

Nestled approximately 11 kilometers south of Kuantan town, in a remote fishing village called Kampung Sri Cempaka (The Sri Cempaka Village), the Kem Desa Cempaka lies in an unspoilt natural environment, edging the sloping Pantai Sepat (The Sepat Beach), with pristine beaches of the South China Sea, and with mainly coconut and casuarinas trees lining the seaside. It also provides a safe haven for private travelers or holiday makers looking for a quiet escape as the ambience provides the ultimate peaceful exotic relaxation.


The Kem Desa Cempaka is also perfect for spurring students attending courses at the camp to further enrich their creative learning experiences, and to hone their skills at applying new things and ideas in a fun-filled and open manner. In this respect, the site offers various promotional packages for out of school programmes that come with comfortable accommodation complete with all the facilities needed during the course.

The Kem Desa Cempaka offers the following 3 days 2 nights specialised leadership and motivational training programmes for students:

1. Kursus Motivasi Kecemerlangan (Excellent Motivational Course); 

2. Kursus Motivasi Kepimpinan (Leadership Motivational Course); 

3. Kursus Pemantapan Sahsiah (Personality Stabilisation Course); and 

4. Kem Pintar Cerdas (“Camp for the Smart and Competent”) 

facilities: 

* Lecture hall;

* Dining hall;

* PA System;

* Prayer room;

* Volleyball or sepak takraw court (which can also 

be used as assembly ground);

* Barbeque pit;

* Separate dormitories for boys and girls that can 

accommodate up to a maximum number of 120

participants (only plaited mats and pillows

provided);

* Guesthouse (each accommodates 2-4 persons) 

for teachers or staff; and

* Buffet meals provided 6 times daily.

Guesthouse 

The guesthouses are as follows:

1. Room 1 Lawnview (with queen-size bed) 

2. Room 2 Seaside (with queen-size bed) 

3. Room 3 Seaview (with queen-size bed) 

4. Room 4 Lawnview (with 2 single beds) 

Each room can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests, and all the rooms have en suite bathrooms, closets, ceiling fans, and TVs. Each guest is provided with a clean towel and mini soap bar.

These rooms are also included in any of the Specialized Leadership and Motivational Training Course packages. They can also be rented out on a separate basis. 

Fishing trip

Fishing package can be arranged (minimum of 4 persons per boat). The boat leaves at 7am every day.
