Nor (pizzaiolo), Ipah (chef) and Sima (chef de service).
After 3 years of working under "boss" Urs, we thought they'd learnt enough to be their own boss/bosses! The menu remains unchanged - Ipah and Nor follow Urs' recipes for Pizza, Pasta, Chops and Steaks - the only difference to before: there's no beer served. But when the food is good... who cares! A big THANK YOU to all the guests who give the girls a chance - their food, their service and their smiles are worth it!
He is still around when the girls need him. But we both felt it was time for a change, so when we were offered to take over a restaurant in Kota Bahru, we decided to give it a try. P2?
